is a fine jewelry brand birthed from the love of the sea, with the intention to take us on a journey within our own spirit.
Our Pearls
Pearls are symbols of wisdom and the divine. They are self creators and powerful beings. They work hard to create themselves by forming layers of nacre to form a lustrous pearl. Like us humans, we uncover and discover ourselves through time where acceptance and surrender into the waves and imperfections of life is what makes us perfectly beautiful in each life.
Creation of ATLAS LOVE
Jia-Jia found herself to be reborn as a mother in a coastal town in California where she grew up. She was inspired by the sea on her daily walks along the beach. This became the place where her daughter, Atlas Love, was born. Named after the intention that we are our own maps through life to look within ourselves for our atlas to guide us.
Motherhood was a time where the energy of pearls - divine femininity, power, discovery, inner wisdom - served as a guide to Jia-Jia. She wanted to create with pearls to encapsulate this energy in a modern, elevated, and playful nature. After three years of development, ATLAS LOVE, a fine jewelry pearl brand is born.
Our Designer
Jia-Jia Zhu unlocked her creative spirit on her journey through Bali after a 14 year career in the fashion industry as a buyer for Bergdorf Goodman and Saks Fifth Avenue. In Bali, she dove deeply into meditation and yoga, where she found self love, gratitude, and joy in stillness, community, and nature. This inspired her to start her first fine jewelry brand JIA JIA, that is carried at Net-A-Porter, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Neiman Marcus. In 2023, she created ATLAS LOVE.
